Whether your perfect day consists of a quiet exchange of vows with just the two of you, a romantic private ceremony at my Serenity Cove Gazebo, or a larger wedding with up to 50 guests, I can custom-write and officiate a ceremony that will fit you perfectly.  I offer a variety of packages,  and regardless of which one you choose, your ceremony will be written with the utmost of care making it a true reflection of you, your personalities, and your relationship. This charming venue, located at our log home in Buckhannon, is the perfect choice for small, intimate elopements, weddings, vow renewals and commitment ceremonies. Because of parking limitations, guest count is limited to no more than 50 guests. Black wrought-iron benches are provided for the Bride and Groom's immediate families, and will accommodate up to 10-15 family members, and/ or guests. You are encouraged to bring your own chairs, or any type of seating, you would like to ensure that additional guests are comfortable. Many times, guests prefer to bring their camp chairs or stand during the ceremony, and they are always welcome to do that. Please note that the guest count does not include the Bride, Groom, or Bridal Party.     All prices include use of my Wireless PA System   Heaven's Grace' Serenity Cove Gazebo is open May - October, and throughout the remainder of the year, weather permitting. Our indoor area is open year round, with ceremonies held in a romantic setting, by gas-burning fireplace and candlelight.  . All Packages Include Your Choice of Ceremony at our Serenity Cove Gazebo, Music, and Photography. E Book Written by Pastor Pam - "Secrets to a Deeper Love: How to Create a Happy Marriage" - $10.00 It has been said that a successful marriage requires falling in love many times, always with the same person. The real act of marriage takes place in the heart. It's a choice that lasts long after our wedding day and should be reflected in the way we treat and interact with our spouse. But sometimes life gets in the way, and it isn't always easy to hold on to the same loving feelings we had when we said our "I do's". God cares deeply for all of us and desires that our lives be full of peace, joy, and contentment, free from all the pain and stress that the world sometimes offers. Tough issues plague our society and bring pain to our lives which in turn can cause problems in our marriages, leaving us in search of answers. This is the basis for my book "Secrets to a Deeper Love." I have an awareness of these issues, and it is my vision and passion to help others deal with them; not only in their lives, but in the lives of others with whom they care deeply. This book is also a great Pre-Marital Counseling tool and has even helped couples resolve marital issues after the wedding day. Vow and Photo Collages - $25 Each/ Both for $45 Photos are Included with All Countryside Weddings Officiated at Heaven's Grace. Custom Collages May be Purchased at a Cost of $25 Each or Both for $45. (Examples Shown Below) . Pre-Ceremony/ Wedding Music - $100 - [Music Before your Ceremony] This includes wedding music for up to one (1) hour before your ceremony. The Bridal March or your choice of Processional and Recessional/ First Dance Song is included with your package. [Any special music must be supplied to officiant prior to the start of the ceremony] . Ceremonial Add-Ons - $50 each. If a Ceremonial Add-On is not included as a part of the Ceremony Package you choose, you may add one or more at a cost of $50 each. Please note that this charge is for writing the information pertaining to the add-on into your ceremony and does not include any of the supplies required to perform it. I do not furnish supplies for add-ons, and they must be provided by the couple. Most supplies: candles, sand, vases, doves, boxes, etc. may be purchased from a local craft store or online distributor. Writing Service - Fee will be based on the Package chosen from the above offerings., minus photography fees. I often get calls from couples who have asked a friend or family member to have their wedding, but many times the person chosen does not feel comfortable writing the ceremony. If this is your case, and you would like your ceremony to be personally written by an experienced professional, I would love to work with you. I will custom write your personalized ceremony to your specifications, send you a draft for editing and I won't be happy until it fits your desires and expectations perfectly. Once you and your fiancé approve your dream ceremony, I will finalize it and deliver it to you in a beautiful keepsake binder, along with a copy in easily readable format for your Officiant to use on the day of your wedding. NOTE: I often officiate more than one ceremony per day, and it is imperative that weddings begin promptly at the time they are scheduled. When a ceremony starts late it not only cuts into the next couple's time and makes preparation for the next ceremony more stressful. There will be a $50 per 15-minute late fee for weddings that do not start on time. This fee is designed to protect my couples from being inconsiderate of one another and to allow me to do the best job possible in providing each of my couples with the great service they expect and deserve. If more than 15 minutes late I reserve the right to cut out part of the ceremony to compensate for the time difference. I do everything within my power to make your ceremony perfect, and I want your wedding day to be a beautiful, memorable experience. Starting the wedding on schedule helps that to happen. Booking is first come, first served and dates are held with a 50% NONREFUNDABLE deposit, the remainder of which is due 30 days prior to the wedding day. Deposits are remitted and accepted in good faith, and from the moment of initial booking, until the moment of "I do," my services are all about the couple and crafting a ceremony that mirrors their thoughts, dreams, and emotions perfectly. If by chance a couple finds it necessary to change their ceremony date, that couple may reschedule their wedding once, with all monies being fully transferrable to the new date, provided that the wedding is held within one year of the original date, and my schedule permits me to officiate the ceremony at that time. Additional rescheduling will incur a $150 rescheduling fee. After two reschedules, all monies paid will be forfeited and any further reschedules will be treated as new bookings. Ceremonies booked within 30 days of the Wedding date will require payment in full at the time of booking.   In the event I am sick, or unable to officiate a wedding due to circumstances beyond my control, Abigail Layman, Sweet Song Ministries Team Member and Professional Wedding Officiant will be on site to officiate on my behalf.
